"Nova" means a new, brightening star — a name we chose for a company built to shine a fresh light on Ethiopia's oldest export.
Our story
Two brothers, one decade of exports
Nova Coffee Trading PLC was founded in 2023 by brothers Mussie Negassie and Kidus Negassie. The company is young; the experience behind it is not. The founders bring more than ten years of hands-on experience exporting Ethiopian agricultural products to international markets.
That background shapes how Nova works today: we source, process and export Ethiopian Arabica coffee to roasters, wholesalers and retailers worldwide, supplying demand-based lots matched to each buyer's needs — from single-origin specialty coffees to consistent commercial volumes.
