We buy demand-based lots directly from Ethiopia's growing regions, matching each order to the right origin and grade.

Lots are prepared as washed or natural (sun-dried) coffee, handled to protect the character of the bean.

Our experienced cuppers evaluate every lot before it ships, so what arrives matches what was approved.

Green coffee is held in standard warehousing that protects moisture levels and cup quality until dispatch.

Shipments move through the Port of Djibouti with the documentation and coordination international buyers expect.
